Anyone into David Beckham's workout routine?

I found a site that hints as to what he does in general, but am still looking to see if I can find any more specific details.

    http://www.sixpacknow.com/david_beckham_workout.html

I'd especially like to know what kind of food he eats specifically... I love cooking, especially if it's healthy and it'd be great to find some good replacements for bread and cheese... two things that I tend to eat every day.

To be fair though, it's not bad advice. If you want "his abs," you're just going to have to reduce your body fat to < 5%, and once you get your body fat there, then drop sodium from your diet (excessive sodium acts like sponges and affects water weight).

Also, the diet recommended is nothing unique. It's essentially a variation on "going paleo."

    Eat none of the following:
    · Grains- including bread, pasta, noodles
    · Beans- including string beans, kidney beans, lentils, peanuts, snow-peas and peas
    · Potatoes
    · Dairy products
    · Sugar
    · Salt

    Eat the following:
    · Meat, chicken and fish
    · Eggs
    · Fruit
    · Vegetables (especially root vegetables, but definitely not including potatoes or sweet potatoes)
    · Nuts, eg. walnuts, brazil nuts, macadamia, almond. Do not eat peanuts (a bean) or cashews (a family of their own)
    · Berries- strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.

Try to increase your intake of:
    · Root vegetables- carrots, turnips, parsnips, rutabagas, Swedes
    · Organ meats- liver and kidneys (I accept that many people find these unpalatable and won’t eat them)

You realise its incredibly hard to get below 5% bodyfat and you can realy only maintain it for a few hours, this is the kind of bodyfat pro bodybuilders get to for a competition and it includes dehydrating themselves, for the beckham look 8% bodyfat is easily low enough

I never said getting abs like that were easy. Just that it can be done.

In the progress thread, prior to the photo, I was measured by a doctor at ~5%. I got there with a sensible diet, endurance running and by cutting my sodium consumption.
